Концепт «війна» в українському інформаційному просторі

Анотація

У дослідженні представлено аналіз поглядів на феномен війни, зокрема традиційне та новітнє розуміння цього явища. Описано роль збройної та інформаційної складової в процесі військових дій. Визначено, як трансформувалась війна під впливом інформаційних технологій. Виявлена перевага інформаційних війн порівняно із традиційними конфліктами із застосуванням зброї. Однією із таких переваг визначено економію матеріальних та фізичних ресурсів. Здійснено спробу пояснення причин виникнення війни у сучасному глобалізованому світі. Зазначено, що більшість сучасних війн є неоголошеними та проводяться через політичні причини.
Зазначено, в якому контексті вживається термін «війна» на теренах українського інформаційного простору.

В исследовании представлен анализ взглядов на феномен войны, в частности традиционное и новейшее понимание этого явления. Описаны роль вооруженной и информационной составляющей в процессе военных действий. Определено, как трансформировалась война под влиянием информационных технологий. Обнаружено преимущество информационных войн по сравнению с традиционными конфликтами с применением оружия. Одним из таких преимуществ определено экономию материальных ресурсов. Предпринята попытка объяснения причин возникновения войны в современном глобализированном мире. Отмечено, что большинство современных войн являются необъявленными и проводятся по политическим причинам. Указано, в каком контексте употребляется термин «война» на территории украинского информационного пространства.

The concept of «war» in the Ukrainian information space

The research is relevant due to globalization processes that are characteristic of the modern world. There are new causes of the cause / possibility / form of warfare. War, as a phenomenon, has existed since the birth of mankind, which is why this phenomenon was investigated by scientists from different spheres of activity. The study outlines a traditional approach to understanding war and new approaches to explaining the nature of this process.
An analysis of this problem boils down to the fact that modern wars are held at the political level between states, and also possible between social and ethnic groups. It is also pointed out that in order to save physical and material resources, forms of struggle arise that are more “profitable”. One of these forms is information warfare. In this context is analyzed the phenomenon of hybrid war – the conduct of war in different spheres of activity simultaneously.
In the article analyzes the information space of Ukraine, which faced the war at all levels – political, economic, military and information. A comparative analysis is carried out among printed mass media. The result of this analysis was the receipt of data on how the Ukrainian print media covered the events in the East of the country, as well as what changes occurred in comparison with 2014.
It is analyzed in what context the term “war” in the Ukrainian periodicals “Dzerkalo tyzhnia” and “Den” is used. It has been found that in almost all publications the term “war” is used as a characteristic of the situation in the East of Ukraine. And only once is the situation in the East of Ukraine characterized as a conflict. The obtained results confirm that the modern war is not conducted according to the rules (deviate from traditional wars) and is not always declared.
